Emergensys CAD System
The MERS-999 system relies on Emergensys' Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System. The CAD System Suite offers applications for call takers, dispatchers, agents in the field, records clerks, and administrators. The CAD System supports call takers in gathering reports of incidents and dispatchers in handling emergencies efficiently, precisely, and quickly in a real-time, distributed, and critical environment. Computer-assisted emergency vehicle dispatching, vehicle status updates, integrated mapping with AVL, incident reporting, and management data are all provided.
Next Gen 999 Solution
Our state-of-the-art Next Generation (NG911/NG999) Emergency Response System (ERS) circling on our NGCAD systems as the common operational picture application. Focused mainly to receive and process incidents reporting from various channels and provide comprehensive command and control processes in incident responding.
Helpdesk & Service Support
Monitoring of System Services including application related infrastructure and services via service management tools. Services can be done by direct phone calls, text, or notifications through the alert management system. Both onsite and remote support are available/used via VPN, which resulting shortening response time. To maintain continuous services improvement, processes are reviewed periodically.

EMERGENSYS ASIA SDN BHD (EASB), a Malaysia incorporated company was born as a result of commitment made by Emergensys Solutions Inc (Emergensys) to reiterate their commitment of local support and technology transfer to ensure the continuity and enhancement of the MERS 999 system in Malaysia. EASB is majority Malaysian owned entity.
Emergensys is the principal of the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) solution for the MERS 999 project in Malaysia implemented in 2009 and in operations until today. With this significant milestone for Emergensys Solutions Inc, EASB shall be the representative and authorized technical support provider on their behalf within Malaysia and Asia Region. This shall be executed by 100% local Malaysian team with vast experiences in Public Safety System Solution.
